To ensure consistency and appealing aesthetic for all of your documents after translation, their composition has to be preserved according to the original layout. In most cases, this requires changes in font size, or the adjustment of graphic elements in order to adopt the layout to different content capacity. G2 qualified layout designers and DTP specialists are ready and experienced in dealing with each such demanding issue.

Before your file is sent to the translation team, we proceed to clean up any issues that might interfere with the translation process, ensuring a time/ cost effective translation stage.

For clients who need accurately localized documents and need them to be uniform across all languages, we offer individualized DTP template services. Should you already have a source language template or have very specific formatting needs, G2 is able to develop a new individualized template, or edit your existing layout, in a way that will better support your style and typesetting requirements when creating different language versions of your documents.

Our desktop publishing department can create new layouts in such a way that the future conversion into different languages becomes easier and more effective.

If you provide a non editable source file (pdf/image format) and the translated editable text in a separate file we can rebuild the source file in an editable format with the translated text, skipping the source file’s recreation stage.

Whenever you need to translate files that are not compatible with your CAT tools we can extract/retype the file text and re-insert the translated text once the process is finished.

In case you need to translate/edit a document which file’s type is not compatible with your business tools, we can convert those files into a format capable of supporting multilingual editing.
