Before starting to work on a DTP project, our PM builds the Project specifications with the client: stating Project Scope, estimate, delivery dates and outputs required for every instance of the DTP process.

Once G2 agreed on a time of resolution with a client, it commits to it. Every member of the team involved in the project will be aware and working towards de delivery date and hour.

G2’s Quality team will evaluate every project to ensure it meets and exceeds client’s requirements. Projects are evaluated via a checklist that contains DTP global standards and account specific details gathered by the PM and agreed with the client.
